Don’t Just Listen—Watch What He Do

In a world overflowing with promises, it’s easy to get swept up in sweet words and charming declarations. He says he likes you. He says he cares. He says you’re the one. But before you let your heart get ahead of reality, pause—and watch.
If he says he wants to take care of you, look beyond the words. Does he show up when it matters? Is he consistent when life gets inconvenient? True care isn’t spoken—it’s demonstrated through everyday actions.
If he promises a getaway, don’t start dreaming just yet. Wait until he books the flight, shares the details, and tells you to start packing. Words cost nothing. Follow-through costs effort. That’s what counts.
And if he speaks of forever—of building a life together—don’t just listen to the dream. Wait for the steps that make that dream real. Wait for the ring. Wait for the conversation about the future. Wait for the commitment that doesn’t waver when things get tough.
We live in a time where actions matter more than ever. We’ve outgrown fairytales whispered late at night with no intention behind them. Love today should be rooted in integrity, intention, and effort.
So don’t just use your ears to listen. Use your eyes to see. Love that’s real isn’t promised—it’s proven.
In Islam, love and intention are not measured by speech alone, but by what follows. As Allah says:
"Great is hatred in the sight of Allah that you say what you do not do." (Qur’an 61:3)
A promise means little if it’s not fulfilled. Love, like faith, must be lived—not just spoken.
